This expansive project included the development of 1,000 rooms, featuring Four Diamond accommodations and 160 luxury suites, within a 2 million sq. ft. panoramic wishbone design. The expansion added over 3,000 new gaming positions, table games, and updated pools, spas, and outdoor amenities.
Additionally, the project encompassed a 3,200-space parking garage and was completed within 27 months, achieving project savings.
Our management through a design-build approach ensured the successful delivery of this comprehensive 16-acre development.
URBAN LUXURY HOTEL

This monumental development featured over 3,000 hotel rooms with private terraces, a casino with stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip, and retail and restaurant space. Additionally, the project included a 40,000 sq. ft. spa and fitness facility, a 3,200-seat theatre, and 150,000 sq. ft. of meeting and convention space.
The comprehensive amenities were further enhanced by multiple pools, including a relaxing pool, a day club pool, and a nightclub pool.

LUXURY HOTEL

This project included the construction of two hotel towers with a combined total of 500 rooms and 400 suites, and a state-of-the-art 40,000 sq. ft. meeting space. We managed the development of a concert theatre with a large seating capacity, a parking garage accommodating over 1,000 vehicles, and a 2.5-acre pool and entertainment complex, including a vibrant nightclub.

This hotel features exquisite pools and cabanas, including a relaxing pool and a connection to a renowned hotel within the area, enhancing guests' overall experience.

INDUSTRIAL & NUCLEAR

We were instrumental in the construction of the only nuclear enrichment facility in the United States, a highly automated, multi-billion dollar project in three phases. It was the first new nuclear construction in over 30 years and included administrative offices, employee training facilities, a cafeteria, and a wellness center.
